Findings:ĭuring the inspection the Surveyor noted that the diapering surface in the Two's classroom was not seamless, there was caulk that was cracked or missing in the transition between the diapering surface and back-splash area. Findings:īased on inspection of the outdoor play area Surveyor 1 noted that the sand within the fall zones of the slide did not meet the minimum 6 inch depth, the sand was 3 inches deep. The seam between the backsplash and wall in the diapering area of the Wildcat (One's) classroom is cracked, allowing dirt and debris to collect. Surveyor 1 noted the following during the inspection: -The seam surrounding the diapering sink and counter in the Rainbow (One's) classroom is cracked, allowing dirt and debris to collect. There were no foods documented on the feeding instructions paperwork, but according to staff, Child 1 has been eating food provided by the parent while attending the facility.
