Would be handy for someone who works with loose dirt. Especially with our cat 279d that has front and rear track suspension. As you stated, without the wheels upfront it is difficult to keep grade peeling hard dirt. It has literally been used less than a handful of times. It has a lot of dust on it from sitting in the barn, I should have washed it before I took the pics but was too lazy. For most grading work I can do a better job with a tooth bucket as long as the bucket is designed for the loader it's on. Good for pushing snow on Frozen Ground and other than that that's about it. for grading of any kind if they have the wheel in front they don't work too bad if they don't have the wheel in front you just can't control the depth.
